Condition Report:
Good overall condition.
The patinated bronze surface presents with scattered minor surface irregularities, such as a few pinholes, which are inherent to the making, as well as very light areas of wear mostly on the prominent parts and some tiny vert-de-gris stains on the base, consistent with the normal aging process of the material.
Close inspection reveals a few abrasions on the tail and a few minute dents on the head and on one wing, all commensurate with age and none of which are visually distracting.
We observe more important vert-de-gris stains on the underside of the base but not visually distracting when placed.
