Frank Vacit Vintage Turquoise Necklace

Offered here for your consideration is a Frank Vacit vintage turquoise necklace. This necklace features a center pendant and two smaller matching neckline pendants. The pendants feature floral design channel inlays of turquoise resting in smooth silver settings. The center pendant features four turquoise cabochon dangles resting in smooth silver bezels, connected with silver findings. The link chain and silver findings complete this lovely necklace nicely. MAKER: Hallmarked with an ear of corn (stamped) and labeled Frank Vacit. Frank Vacit (19155-1999; Zuni). Active 1930s to 1970s. Vacit was a silversmith, lapidary, and artist, and was an early innovator in mosaic and channel inlay in the 1930s. He worked for C.G. Wallace at Zuni and at Kelsey Trading Company at Zuni.
APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s to 1970s).
