Sans Titre
signé Kupka (en bas à gauche)
gouache sur papier
29,5 x 22,3 cm; 11⅝ x 8¾ in.
L'authenticité de cette œuvre a été confirmée par Pierre Brullé.
Condition Report:
Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. The edges have been very slightly cut and there are two tiny nicks: one to the left part of the extreme lower edge and one to the lower right corner. The sheet is very lightly undulating. There are a few flattened creases in places. There is some light frame abrasion to the edges with associated minor pigment losses, the largest of which include a spot of rubbing and pigment loss to the upper right and upper left corners. There is a tiny surface stain (possibly studio) to the left of the centre of the composition. The colours retain a wonderful vibrancy. This work is in overall very good condition.
