Condition: Very good condition. The paper is slightly discoloured due to its age. Like all with vertical centerfold. In the right third of the sheet superficial discoloration by red chalk. Slightly soiled at the margin. Dotted along the right edge of the sheet by plan drawing on the back. The corners of the sheet slightly bumped and creased. The upper right corner of the sheet is creased several times. Lower left somewhat pale impression.
