"Dutch Flowers". Oil on cradled wood panel, signed lower right, title and artist's name inscribed in pencil verso, framed in a carved gilt frame with a black liner, overall 28 ¼" x 23 ¾". Skillfully painted in the Dutch still life tradition, including the table top and the reflected light in the bowl of water.
Condition: Some shallow vertical craquelure with inpainting, two horizontal scuffs in the varnish layer at the upper left, surface soils and yellowed varnish. A few losses to the frame.
