Design: Frederic Carder, co-founder of the Steuben Glassworks (1903) in Corning, New York.

Handcrafted glasses with twisted stem in "Golden Aurene", with different lustres created by vaporizing with metal salts.
The colour spectrum ranges from matt petrol colours to highly shiny gold tones; the chalices contain varying concentrations of copper red.
All glasses are signed under the stand with: "aurene 2361", 3 additionally with: "STeu. Ben" and 1 glass also with the engraving: "F Carder".
In terms of design and type of luster, the glasses correspond to the "Favrile" luster glasses from Tiffany Studios, New York.

The glasses are all without chips and only show minor abrasion in isolated cases.
