Condition Report:
The canvas has not been lined and is providing a strong and stable support to the paint surface. Three are some numbers visible upper left, that appear to read - 81.03. There is a tiny pin sized hole to the wall upper left, and some minor frame rubbing to the upper right framing edge. There are some scattered small minor areas of craquelure to and around the figure group. There is some minor surface dirt, otherwise the work is in good condition, ready to hang. Examination under ultra-violet light reveals uneven varnish. There is some pigment that fluoresces, for instance to the cloak of the far left seated boy, however this appears to be the artist.
