Information: Frederick George Hughes member of the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts studied engineering and later architecture. His interest in sculpture began while specialising in art at Teacher Training College and he exhibited for eight consecutive years at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 1968-1975. Overall wear, marks, scuffs and scratches. Signs of display wear and use. With some scuffs and scratches to the perspex bases. Some discolouration in places, possibly where the glue is holding in place.
