Sheet iron case, front with embossed sheet brass. Depiction of several puttos, large central dial with black Roman numerals and brass hands (one broken). Brass gear train with hour strike on bell, weight drive and large lyre pendulum. Not tested for accuracy. Dial signed: "Petit-Belaval" a Revel. With signs of age and wear, complete but in need of cleaning. France, circa 1880, height 48 cm, width 37 cm, depth 17 cm.
