Lot of 3 banknotes of the GOUVERNEMENT GÉNÉRAL DE L'INDOCHINE, undated (1942), designed by Phạm Ngọc Khuê and printed by IDEO, Hanoi, signed by LE TRÉSORIER GÉNÉRAL and LE DIRECTEUR DES FINANCES:

(1) 20 cents (VINGT CENTS), serial AP 243.151; HAI HÀO on the back;

(2) 10 cents (DIX CENTS), serial XD 248.536; MỘT HÀO and ears of rice on the back;

(3) 5 cents, serial Nº 814518 I; NĂM XU on the back.

The backs give the value in Vietnamese, Khmer, Lao and Chinese, with the warning of article 139 of the French penal code: perpetual forced labour for counterfeiters.
