French Kingwood Parquetry Inlaid Exotic Hardwood Cabinet

A French Gilt Bronze Mounted Kingwood Parquetry Inlaid Exotic Hardwood Cabinet, Early 20th Century. Of breakfront form, the central cupboard door with gilt bronze caduceus and cornucopias enclosing an open interior fitted for adjustable shelves, flanked by a pair of vitrines with glass shelves to either side and glazed panels to either end, surmounted by a conforming marble top.

Dimensions: Height 42 3/4in; width 51 1/2in; depth 17in.
Condition Report: Structurally sound. The marble top in overall good condition. Lacking shelving to central cupboard. All three cabinet locks have been removed and patched over. Varying quality and color to gilt bronze mounts throughout. General marks, wear, nicks, abrasions and surface scratches.
