French, early 20th century. Louis XV style vitrine or curio cabinet with Vernis Martin style painted & gilt decoration with landscape and courting scene base panels, cast and pressed brass trim, curved glass panel door and sides. Approx. h. 54", w. 30", d. 15.5". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Mr. & Mrs. Frank Eldridge of Atlanta, Georgia.
