French Marble Mantel Clock by Samuel Marti
A French marble mantel clock by Samuel Marti, circa 1890. The clock’s movement is signed with a bronze medal logo, the numbers 2214 and 58. The marble case features gilt highlights and a bracket base with half ball feet. The clock chimes on the half hour and strikes on the hour. Comes with an old clock key.
Dimensions are: 13 1/2 inches tall X 11 inches wide X 7 inches deep, 34.29 X 27.94 cm X 17.78 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Running but not checked for run time or accuracy. The marble base has some chipping at the corners and there is some minor loss to the gilt highlights.
