An early 19th century French pillar clock. 8-day time and strike movement with silk thread suspension, Bronze engine turned dial center, porcelain chapter ring with Roman numerals and cast floral bezel. Earthenware pilar form case with floral top and bezel, grapevine friezes and foliate bands above an octagon plinth. Ebonized finish with minor wear, some older case repair, minor damage to chapter ring, running when cataloged. 16 1/2" high. ESTIMATE $600-800
