Orpheus Charming the Animals

pen, grey and black ink with grey wash on vellum
276 by 227mm.; Framed, 477 by 405mm.

Condition Report:
Window mounted. Generally in good condition. A small light brown stain, to the right in the centre, on the leg of the unicorn. The sheet must have been previously glued on a backing, now removed, and there are a number of stains on the verso (not visible on the recto). Sold in a brown and partly gilded wooden frame.
