Lourdel patent pendulum starting lever, engraved Brass dial center, porcelain chapter ring with painted flowers and Arabic numerals. Polished Slate case with pediment top, painted porcelain friezes and molded base. Some wear and minor edge damage, lacks one small slate block at upper frieze, running when cataloged. 13 1/2" high.
