Stunning original oil painting by the French abstract artist, Yvette Dubois-Habasque (1929-2016). The painting is signed with the artists initials to the lower corner and dated 2007 - and to the reverse - by the artist. The painting has excellent provenance having come from the artists studio in Paris. Painted with exceptional quality, the painting offers subtle, muted tones, with an abstract composition of shapes, patterns and movement within the palette range. It is quite beautiful. The colors almost remind one of the early works by Picasso and Braque. We have acquired a large amount of works by this artist - all from the artists studio in Paris.
