The metal unit features nine independently rotating circular tiers in alternating muted green and dark gray finishes. Each tier is divided into wedge-shaped storage compartments. An upper tier rim bears a label with a diamond logo containing the letters FG followed by printed text reading THE FRICK-GALLAGHER MFG. CO. WELLSTON, OHIO and the brand name Rotabin. The bottom tier features a red oval adhesive decal with the script text Rotabin above smaller, less legible text including the manufacturer name and location.
