Light spine roll, spine stress, ¼" split at top spine, nicks and edgewear, white paint to top right corner of front cover, with smaller paint spatters above logo, vertical center crease, 1" tear to two pages, rubberstamped distributor's mark ("10/21") under "WIN." Cover: Paul Reinman, Art: Graham Ingels, Paul Reinman, Louis Zansky, John Rosenberger. GPAnalysis: No reported sales in this grade. A 4.5 sold for $125 in May 2019.

So-so stuff enlivened by Graham Ingels' "Slick Willie," the tale of a skirt-chasing yegg who hates "dicks" (aka police detectives) and ends up in the jug. There's an ad for budding comic collectors ("LOOK, FELLERS — now you can keep your comic books in this swell PERSONAL COMIC ALBUM"). The ad features a grainy image of an unidentifiable ish of Marvel Mystery Comics. Another ad offers kids the opportunity to puff pipes just like pop: "Unusual Pipes for Collectors and Smokers Who Want the Best."
