GE Novalux H2B Projector Light

27 x 23 inches. A large industrial floodlight featuring a cast metal housing with a weathered orange and red painted finish. The unit is equipped with a thick, clear glass Fresnel lens characterized by concentric circular ribs designed for light focusing. A hinged front bezel allows for internal access and is secured by three adjustable C-clamp swing bolts. The main body is supported by a pivoting U-shaped cast metal yoke, which provides vertical tilt adjustment via a side handle. The yoke is mounted to a circular pedestal base with four pre-drilled holes for surface mounting. An identification plate is riveted to the upper housing, which is an orange and black rectangular plate featuring the GE logo and the following printed text: NOVALUX PROJECTOR, REG US PAT OFF, CAT 1229486, TYPE H2B FORM, 500 W 110 V, GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., SCHENECTADY, N.Y. U.S.A. The cast metal base is incised with the characters S740854AC. A heavy black rubber-insulated power cord enters the rear of the housing through a compression fitting.
