Light surface wear to unhallmarked yellow metal (testing as 18ct gold). Minor spot of discolouration to side of centrepiece. Reverse of clasp tongue marked 750. Clasp secure. Some small chips to emeralds, rubies and sapphires, each with inclusions visible under 10x magnification. Sapphires with moderate transparency.
