Brass, painted green and patinated brown, gilded parts Cast and appliqued decorative elements of the sea, fruits and flowers. Rectangular base on legs set over corners. Circulating acanthus leaf relief on the edge of the slanted housing base. Wall fountain mounted in front of the watch case between dolphin heads and rising fruit containers. Round bezel with cast, round dial cartouches. Roman indices in black. Superior title plate and crowning allegorical figure of the river Seine. Pendulum with key lift and half-hour strike on bell (bell sits too low) HxWxD: 53.5 x 25 x 16 cm.
