Oval, with two reeded handles and a thick molded gallery with gadrooned rim. Central engraved coat of arms with motto "Vincam Vel Moriar". Base reinforced with wood and covered in felt. Unmarked. Length handle-over-handle 27".

Condition: Rosing to coat of arms, handles and bosses supporting handles. Metal fatigue to gallery. Felt with several small moth holes.
