comprising close helmet formed in two halves, hinged visor and bevor extending to a point and with neck-guard of three plates, breast-plate and back-plate etched in the Augsburg style, the designs painted gold on a black ground, and the tassets, the arm defenses and the gauntlets (stamped KG) decorated en suite; together with a tournament gauntlet shield, makers mark "KG" on many of the pieces (8)
