GERMAN CAT CHARACTER CERAMIC STEIN, full-body figural form holding a smaller cat or kitten under one arm, head-shaped ceramic inset metal lid, 1/2 liter size. Impressed "767" mark to base. J.W. Remy, Hohr (now Hohr-Grenzhausen), Germany. Early 20th century.
Condition: Restoration to edge of lid, a shallow small chip to one ear, a flake to other ear, some scattered minor to small flakes to bas-relief, lid attachment slightly loose on handle, overall crazing and light discoloration.
