GERMAN HORSE FUR HAVERSACK

German Model 1939 haversack, measuring 14 x 12 x 4 in., constructed of canvas with brown leather buckles and covered on the front by brown pony fur. The inside opens with two canvas flaps, with additional pockets on the reverse of the front flap. The top of the rear side of the pack bears the manufacturer's stamp 'SACHS & DEISSELBERG HAMBURG 1942'. Showing light wear throughout, commensurate with use, else in very good condition.
