Triangular German signal pennant, heavy cotton, 1450 x 1900 mm (max dimension). White ground with a central red ball, the hoist stenciled in red "Fi C inter," hoist with halyard and clips. Light discoloration of the white fabric, a few small holes.

The International Signal Code pennant for "YES," used by one of the many U-Boats of the German Navy.
