GERMAN METTLACH STUDENT SOCIETY CERAMIC STEIN, mold number 2152, having hand-brushed decoration to side of a coat-of-arms for the Corps Suevia Tubingen and various inscriptions, metal lid, 1/2 liter size. Printed "VILLEROY & BOCH / METTLACH" mark to base with additional impressed numerals. Early 20th century.
Condition: Undamaged with one small glaze flake to side having short minute exterior hairline.
Size: 8 7/8" HOA.
