GERMAN NIFTY HAND-PAINTED WIND-UP FELIX THE MOVIE CAT

Made by Fischer. Very difficult to find original box with beautiful paper label of Felix standing in pose. Box is marked "Keeps On Walking / Copyright 1919, 1922, 1924 by Pat Sullivan / Made in Germany". Toy itself has a tin band around the front which says "Felix Copyright 1922, 1924 by Pat Sullivan Made In Germany". Has original tail. When in operation, toy waddles back and forth. CONDITION: Box is mostly complete but does have one 1" piece missing on one side apron and another side apron is missing. Box also has some staining but still displays well. Wind up is working on toy. Some spots of minor to moderate paint loss and wear throughout, but overall looks original and in very good to excellent condition. From the Jeff Landes Collection.
