GERMAN POLICE BELT AND POUCH

Great pair of uniform items, each utilized by members of the German "Ordnungspolizei" ("Order Police"), includes: unidentified official's belt, 49.5 in. long by 2 in. wide, constructed of a leather strip layered beneath a green cloth covering which then bears a sewn-on silver bullion design and two leather tabs on each end, each bearing a single button hole. Slightly worn throughout, else very good. WITH: black cartouche pouch constructed of thick leather with smooth black finish, the underside in a light-tan coloured finish, embossed lightly on the interior of the flap with "HANS BREHME...WALSRODE 1937...". The outside of the flap bears a 4 x 2 in. die-stamped aluminum police eagle insignia, affixed by three aluminum prongs on the underside and held firmly in place by additional leather circles stitched around the prongs. The reverse side bears a silvered, pebbled button and two additional strips of leather stitched into a "V" shape - likely for mounting onto a uniform belt or strap. Slightly worn throughout, else very good
