German Reichsheer M17 transitional helmet. Shell retains 85-90% of its original smooth blue-gray paint with freckling. Interior retains approximately 85% of its untouched smooth blue-gray finish with freckling and white patina. Original untouched zinc liner band is present. M31 liner in medium brown with flaking, stains, and dryness. Maker marked and dated "41" brown chinstrap with steel fittings is attached. CONDITION: Overall very good+ to excellent.
