GERMAN ROCOCO-STYLE 0.800 SILVER CREAMER / SMALL PITCHER, ovoid form well with flared rim and short spout, featuring embossed/repousse Rococo-style decoration with foliate and floral motifs, scrolls, shells, and diaper pattern, one side with engraved "K[C?]H" initials, applied ornate double-scrolled handle, raised on four scrolled feet, having remnants and areas of a gold-washed finish including to interior. Impressed to base with "800" silver fineness mark alongside the German reichsmark of a crescent moon and crown, in addition to a partial, unidentified maker's mark. Total weight: 7.660 ozt. Late 19th/first half 20th century. 6 3/4" HOA.
Condition Report: Very good visual condition with minor wear, surface scratches, nicks, and some dents, two sides of base with linear imperfections possibly flaws in the making, handle at top terminal with a few splits/punctures along interior seam, three feet having damage with two having splits to toes and two slightly pushed into the base resulting in moderate denting, causing it to sit unevenly.
