GILT-BRONZE NEOCLASSICAL ELECTRIC CHANDELIER FRAME, figural cast-brass with foliate decoration, having rope-twist patterned arm supports which support six curling arms terminating in electric sockets with figural shade rings, three supporting coil and tassel arms reaching to a figural ceiling mount, electrified. Maker unverified. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 38 7/8" HOA, 18" WOA.

Condition

Lamp having most of the gilt worn off, some minor bending and areas of corrosion; some imperfections and losses due to electrification including a minor separation to one tassel in which the wire is run down; some set screws being bent.
