GLASS AND METAL COMPOSITE KEROSENE STAND LAMP, frosted colorless etched glass font raised on a decorated opal stem with polychrome-enamel decoration, and a cast-metal foot, brass connectors and shoulder-plate No. 2 collar. Fitted with a later electrified burner and shade ring, colorless slip chimney, topped with a frosted colorless etched-decorated gas shade. Fourth quarter 19th century.
Condition: Lamp and chimney undamaged with the lamp base having some rusting/wear; shade having a couple of small chips to the top rim.
Size: 19 3/8" HOA, 13 1/4" H to top of collar, 5 1/2" SQ base. Shade: 4 7/8" H, 5" D fitter.
