Case: stainless steel, screw down case back
Closure: stainless steel Rolex Oyster bracelet and folding clasp
Size: 40 mm diameter, bracelet circumference approximately 185 mm
Signed: case, dial and movement, dial further signed by the retailer
Condition Report:
The movement is in working condition at the time of cataloguing. The dial is in attractive condition. The lumes react under UV and have all aged consistently to an ivory pumpkin colour. The hands have been relumed. The bakelite bezel also reacts under UV and with discolouration throughout, minor losses and with a crack at 6 o'clock. The watch gives a good reading on the Geiger counter. The case with polishing and with pitting between the lugs and to the case. The case number has been partially removed by the bracelet and is no longer legible. The case number 011890 has been hand engraved beneath the original case number. The bracelet with surface wear and is stamped for 1970.
