GRAHAM LAND - 3d-RATE COVER TO G.B. (REUSED WITH O.H.M.S. LABEL) WITH PORT LOCKROY NAVAL CENSOR; 9 Dec. 1944 long env. Port Lockroy Base seemingly to "J.C. Mossop, Esq., Military Branch I, Admiralty" London with no censor mark or label but having a Graham Land 3d tied by a v. fine black "Graham Land" cds, and with 15 Dec. P. Stanley transit cds unusually also on the front. The envelope had been used before in (within?) London as an OHMS cover with a 16 Aug. 1944 Official Paid m/c mark and a re-use label tied by Canadian London High Commissioner cachet.
