GREEK HELLENISTIC GOLD RING WITH NIKE

A stunning 23 ct Greek gold ring with an elliptical flat bezel depicting a standing Nike. The Nike has spread wings and is turned to the left and holding a cornucopia. She is rendered in an extremely naturalistic manner. For similar see: El Legado de Hefesto n .191. This piece has undergone X-ray fluorescence analysis to confirm the metallurgical content suggesting its ancient origin and lack of modern trace elements.
