GREEK IRON DOUBLE-EDGED SWORD

Ca. 500 BC. An iron sword with a long, straight blade tapering to a narrow point. A plain crossguard separates the blade from the narrow rectangular grip, which is set with two rings and ends in a faceted pommel with projecting lobes.
