FIRST AND ONLY EDITION OF GREENE'S FIRST BOOK, A COLLECTION OF POETRY, review copy. According to Blackwell, 500 copies were printed, but only 302 were issued (12 review copies), and 200 copies "were withdrawn from stock and scrapped" (Miller A6a).
