GROUP OF ASIAN PORCELAINS, 18TH CENTURY AND LATER including a Chinese famille rose teapot and cover, with iron-red seal mark, Late Qing dynasty, the delicately fluted sides painted with a single adult and a group of children to each side, and a child up a tree with the ladder balanced against the trunk, wire handles and flat cover, h: 5 in.; a Japanese Imari straight-sided bowl, decorated to the center in underglaze blue with a design of carp cresting the water's surface and with various sea plants within a wide border of ho-o and paulownia on bamboo and brocade ground, gilt highlights, dia: 5.75 in.; and a Chinese Export tea bowl for the American market, 18th Century, of hemispherical form atop a tall straight foot, decorated with a row of wrigglework at the rim above a single star-shaped cartouche enclosing a gilt script monogram, h: 2 in.
