Inscription: Inscribed, signed and dated in the plate below the depiction: "Rembrand pinx. G. F. Schmidt, fecit Aqua forti, 1767. Christus gaet met Jairo om sijn dochterken te geneesen. Opgedragen aan den Heer Cesar, Oud-Secretaris van zijne koningl. Hoogheid, Prins Hendrik van Pruyssen, 's Broeder, als mede Director van de Koningl. Bank tot Berlin, door zijn Vriend Schmidt.", verso various inscriptions and incomplete blue collection stamp with Cyrillic letters and crown around a recumbent cross.
