Modern, unstructued design. Hand-knotted woollen carpet from the Fars region of Iran. They are all constructed using the same base: Giordes knot, warp and weft in wool, i. e. it is a 100% wool rug, with a very high knot density of around 250,000 knots per square metre. The finest wool of the animal is used, especially from the neck and belly of the sheep (Kork wool) . Imported from Iran between 2010 and 2015.
