Gabrielle Bell July Diary Story Page Original Art dated 7-23-11 (2011). In 2011, Gabrielle Bell began her "slice-of-life" style single page comic strip that was essentially a day-by-day illustrated diary for the month of July. She was already a prolific artist at that time, and this really caught on, so it was collected into a book titled July Diary and published in 2012. Since then, she has continued the exercise every year and published them on the web. As is usual for her work, it is ink on a "Day Planner" style graph paper (with un-ripped holes on left).
