Gaetano Bocchetti (1888-1990) - Barche e Pescherecci a Vietri sul mare

Beautiful and rare oil on panel with frame from inheritance. Representing a classic scene of fishermen on the seashore in the town of Cetara, near Vietri sul mare. It belongs to the mid-1900s and exactly to 1955. Hand-signed by G. Bocchetti, renowned author of the mid-1900s. I am not an expert and I turned to antique dealers, who informed me about the workmanship and originality, which I report in the description. It is a rare scene by the author who preferred other figures which highlights the colors and quality. Having the right dimensions it can be installed in any environment, immediately giving elegance, curiosity and prestige. The measurements of the work are approximately cm. 50x 41. Good condition, no breaks or damage. On the back, as shown in the photo, handwritten writings made by the author are highlighted with the name of the work, the site and a dedication with an original signature in pencil.
