Gallé (French), a tall cameo glass vase, c.1910, signed intaglio Gallé, The tapered oviform of dark frosted orange glass overlaid and acid-etched with marguerites/daises with broad leaves, having a tapered stem and circular spreading foot, (small restoration), 43 cm high
Small area of restoration - resin infill on the waisted part above the foot. Some old marks, scuffs and scratches. Some small occasional acid marks form the making around the foot/base and a few tiny abrasions. Some minor polishing to neck rim, on the body and base probably from the glassworks. A few bubbles in the glass but this is how it was made. Natural wear to base in keeping with age.
