Single page, Prime Minister's House letterhead, typed over one page, to lifelong friend, Lucille Kyle, recalling Gandhi's visit to the Auschwitz concentration camp in Poland, saying in part, "It was a haunting experience. I remember writing to my sons about it. Usha was shocked that I should have exposed them to such a horrible description when they were so small. But I was so deeply stirred that I felt they should know. I agree with you that it is important for us to know the depths to which human beings can fall.", 10 x 8 in.
