Garrard 3.70ctw VS1-VS2/F-G Diamond, Cabochon Gemstone & Solid 18K Yellow/White Gold Collar Necklace - This stunning necklace was made by the House of Garrard, and was masterfully crafted of solid 18k yellow and white gold. The House of Garrard is the longest serving jeweler in the world, as their origins can be traced back to 1735 when the firm received its first royal commission from Frederick, Prince of Wales. The house was eventually appointed the first official Crown Jeweller in 1843 and has since served every subsequent British monarch, including the Duchess of Cambridge's sapphire cluster engagement ring, and other royal families around the globe. This necklace has a fascinating design lined with a colorful blend of citrine, peridot and amethyst cabochons, with white and yellow gold links weaved around. The necklace is then finished with approximately 3.70ctw genuine VS1-VS2/F-G pave set diamonds adorning the white gold links, finishing the piece flawlessly. The piece is signed "G&Co." along with several British hallmarks. The necklace measures approximately 17" in length and has a graduated design that measures from 0.5" to 0.75" wide. Condition: The necklace is in excellent condition with all of the gemstones intact and light signs of wear. (WEIGHT: 150.6 grams) PLEASE NOTE, PRE-AUCTION SALES: GWS reserves the right to sell any Lot(s) through a negotiated transaction at any time prior to the conclusion of the auction.
