The original antique prayer book - Vollständiges Gebet- und Tugendbuch - is finished with a double silver clasp with a floral decor on the clamp arm, has a button and eye closure. Has 2 silver spine protectors, 6 silver flower rosettes, the book cover has silver lace/edge fittings. The book cover is finished with convex decorative nails in a bunch of grapes model, called angel tears. Book cover in green morocco leather (finely tanned goatskin) , blind gold stamping with line frames and spine ornaments, gold on hammered edge. Total 464 pages, 2 pages of personal mentions. In the prayer book a peacock feather (eye of god) as a bookmark.
