Gemstone: Tsavorite Garnet - 3.16 Cts. Kenya This gorgeous Tsavorite Garnet displays the most rich and lush green hue. This is an incredible stone cut from rough material mined back in the 1960/1970s. This stunning Garnet has been cut with a cushion shape with mixed-cut faceting. The stone displays the iconic emerald green color associated with the variety, and, in this case, the color is well-balanced and saturated. Additionally, the excellent cut and polish creates intense brilliance. There are some visible inclusions, and there is one nick to the girdle, but, otherwise, this gem from Kenya is in good condition. Any Tsavorite over 3 carats is already in a class by itself. Measurements: 9.35 x 7.26 x 5.22 mm, 3.16 cts.
