Condition Report:
This work is in very good condition overall. There are tonal and textural variations to the surface, inherent to the artist's working method and chosen medium. Under close inspection, there is minor craquelure in the more thickly painting passages, most notable in the lower center in an area of impasto approximately 10 inches above the lower edge where the edges are lifting slightly. Under ultraviolet light inspection, a small 2 inch circular outline near the upper right corner 6 inches below the upper edge and 9 inches from the right edge fluoresces darkly and appears to have benefitted from a light retouching. Framed.
